6. Professional Verification

AUTICIRCLE may request degrees, certifications, professional authorizations, trade register extracts, professional cards, and references.

Profile validation does not constitute an absolute guarantee of competence. Parents must perform their own checks before any engagement.

7. Matching and Contact

AUTICIRCLE facilitates contact, messaging, reservations, and quote requests.

AUTICIRCLE is not a party to the contract concluded between the parent and the professional. Services remain under the exclusive responsibility of the concerned parties.

8. Marketplace

Sellers are solely responsible for their products, descriptions, compliance, delivery timelines, and after-sales service.

AUTICIRCLE does not guarantee the quality of a product, the results obtained, or permanent availability.

9. Educational Resources

Shared resources are intended for educational, informational, and awareness purposes only.

They never replace a medical diagnosis, specialist consultation, therapy, or medical prescription.

11. Parent Announcements

Parents may publish requests for specialists, support workers, equipment, adapted schools, or support groups.

Every announcement must be truthful, respectful, and compliant with applicable law.

12. Professional Announcements

Professionals may publish services, workshops, training, events, and specialized programs.

Any promise of medical or therapeutic results is prohibited.

13. Ratings and Reviews

Users may leave ratings, comments, and reviews. Reviews must be authentic, respectful, and based on a real experience.

AUTICIRCLE may remove any abusive review.

14. Appointment Management

AUTICIRCLE may provide online booking, automatic confirmation, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Cancellation conditions are defined by each professional.

15. Payments

Depending on the service, payments may be made online, on site, or through subscriptions.

AUTICIRCLE may collect marketplace commissions, service fees, and transaction fees. Amounts are displayed before final confirmation.

16. Refund Policy

Refunds depend on the type of service, the professional’s conditions, and the seller’s rules.

AUTICIRCLE may intervene as a mediator without any obligation to achieve a specific outcome.

17. Personal Data Protection

AUTICIRCLE is committed to complying with GDPR, Moroccan Law 09-08, and CNDP requirements.

Processed data may include name, email, phone number, appointment information, and educational information.

18. Sensitive Autism-Related Data

Certain information may concern diagnosis, support level, assessments, therapeutic reports, and educational plans.

These data are accessible only to authorized persons, protected by encryption, and never resold.

19. Confidentiality of Exchanges

Conversations between parents, professionals, and organizations are confidential. Any disclosure without authorization is prohibited.

AUTICIRCLE may use artificial intelligence for resource recommendations, intelligent search, user assistance, translation, and content classification.

AI recommendations remain informational and never replace a professional.

AUTICIRCLE strives to ensure 24/7 availability, security, and regular backups.

Interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or updates.

Any user may report

AUTICIRCLE does not guarantee the effectiveness of therapy, the success of an intervention, the results of training, or the actual competence of a professional.

Final responsibility belongs to the concerned parties.

25. Suspension and Termination

Professionals must respect good professional practices, national regulations, and the fundamental rights of autistic persons.

Information available on the platform does not constitute medical advice. In case of medical emergency, the user must contact the competent emergency services.
